Volunteering with the MSA Coalition can be a fulfilling and rewarding experience. Here’s what current volunteer leaders are saying about lending their time, talent, and expertise to the MSA Coalition.

Being a member of The MSA Coalition Board Of Directors has given me the opportunity to participate in their Vision and Commitment to provide Support, Funding, Awareness and the ultimate goal to find a cure. As a person with MSA being a Board Member and volunteer has given me purpose.

Cathy Chapman

Former Patient Representative

Being a board member of The MSA Coalition has enabled me to serve the community that has been important to me since my husband was diagnosed in 1998. It has been fascinating to get to know some of the wonderful and dedicated physicians who are active in the space and to help to mold the organization to educate and support the patients and carepartners who need our help.

Carol Langer

Former Treasurer

Being a member of the Board allows me use my personal and professional skills to help this community. My mother Eileen was diagnosed late into her journey with MSA, and I want to do everything I can to make sure this doesn’t happen to other families. As a Board Member, I’m able to ensure we continue the focus on research, education, community, and advocacy.

Board Member
